The work Penacho 1 and 2, (2017) is a geometric construction composed of black and red colored feathers, synthetic rubbers in various textures, grouped by steel screws. In addition to the dialogue with constructivism and its derivations, I investigate other connections in cultural terms. For example, the duck feathers I use, - associated with the Indian universe, rituals and carnival, were acquired in the popular Little Cauldron store, which in turn imported them from China. On the other hand, the history of Amazonian rubber, of how the rubber trees were transplanted to Asia until the appearance of their synthetic imitation used in the Penacho work, activate in me connections to an interconnected world.
